About

A Studio That Builds for India, from Bengaluru

Nayaroop means a new form. Since 2015 we have helped founders and teams give their ideas one.

How We Started

Two People and One Clinic App

Ira Menon and Arjun Rao started Nayaroop in 2015 in a spare room in Indiranagar, building an appointment app for a family doctor. Eleven years and more than 160 products later, most of our work still comes from clients we have worked with before.

What We Believe

Go Where the Users Are

We do our best work in clinics, classrooms, fields and shops, not in meeting rooms. Every product starts with people using it, and every design is tested on the phones they actually own, in the languages they actually speak.

How We Behave

Four Promises We Keep

Something Real Every Two Weeks
A prototype, a release or a test result: never a slide that says we are on track.
Prices Before Promises
A written estimate before we start, and a call the moment it might change.
Your Team Learns with Us
We pair with your people so the product does not need us forever.
We Stay After Launch
Every engagement ends with a support plan, not a handover email.
