Where They Started
Nadi Care runs forty clinics across north Karnataka. Doctors kept notes on paper, patients forgot follow-ups, and the video calls their old app offered failed on village networks.

The Brief
Nadi Care runs forty clinics across north Karnataka. Doctors kept notes on paper, patients forgot follow-ups, and the video calls their old app offered failed on village networks.

What We Did
We spent two weeks in four clinics before drawing a screen. The clinic app follows a doctor's real day: the queue, a two-tap prescription in Kannada or English, and reminders sent by SMS. The patient app falls back to an audio call when the video cannot hold.
The Project
We sat beside receptionists and doctors in four clinics and timed every step of a visit.
Each Friday a doctor used the latest prototype for a real session, and we changed what slowed them down.
Audio when video drops, notes saved on the phone first, and an app small enough for a full phone.
Five clinics first, all forty within six weeks, with our team on call for each one's first day.
Nayaroop rebuilt our patient app in fourteen weeks. Doctors in Hubballi and Belagavi now run a full clinic day on it.

Next Project
Daily savings from ₹10, rebuilt in React Native with a ledger that reconciles to the paisa.
