Senior Product Designer
Bengaluru. Lead the design of a healthcare product from first interview to launch, with a researcher and two engineers. All open roles
About the Role
You will lead design on one client product at a time, usually for six to nine months, with a researcher, a product manager and two or three engineers. You will spend real time with the people who use what you design: clinic receptionists, shop owners, students.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery with our researcher: interviews, field visits and a brief everyone signs
- Turn it into flows, prototypes and a design system the engineers can build from
- Test with real users every week, in their language, on their phones
- Present your work to founders and help them make the call
What You Bring
- Five or more years of product design, with at least two products you can show us in use
- Comfort with Figma, prototyping and writing clear interface copy
- Experience designing for Indian users on mid-range Android phones
- Kannada, Hindi or Tamil is a plus, not a requirement
