The Brief
Where They Started
Kitaab Labs prepares students for engineering entrance exams. Students liked the questions but left after a week: the site was slow, and the explanations were only in English.

What We Did
How We Built It
We rebuilt the practice platform as a fast web app that works offline once a test is open, and designed explanations that switch between English and Kannada line by line. Growth work followed: a weekly progress email students actually open.
Students now finish a test on the bus home. Our weekly practice numbers more than doubled in a term.
